ANALYTICS
A critical aspect of measuring success at any trade show, in-person or virtual, depends on gathering useful analytics. Whereas analytics collection at in-person shows is standardized for the most part, that is not the case at virtual shows where they vary by show producer. ES:360 rectifies this by offering clients a choice of analytics that can be used to measure results by event, between events and at future events.
ES360 Analytics Level ONE
Total number of people entering booth
Length of time in booth
Bounce rate
Booth activity to include hot spots clicked and ranking by label
Source of booth entry (social media, e-mail, virtual show)
Heatmap showing activity within booth space
Analytics measurements by specified time/date periods
ES360 Analytics Level TWO
Includes Level 1 analytics
E-mail alert when attendee provides contact information upon entering the booth
E-mail alert notification when an attendee provides contact information prior to viewing select content or requesting follow-up information
ES360 Analytics Level THREE
Includes Level 1 and Level 2 analytics
Adds complete tracking of individual attendee activity to include time in booth, downloads, videos watched, sessions attended, etc. when contact information is provided (virtual badge scan)
